Many out of school clubs are unsure how to go about implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the context of their setting. Much of the information available on the ICO website and elsewhere is couched in terms of much larger or more complex organisations, so it can be tricky to unpick how these same regulations should be implemented in a typical out of school club.
GDPR Guide
We have therefore created an 11-page guide on implementing the GDPR, which is tailored to the specific requirements of out of school clubs.
To download the GDPR Guide, you must first log in. If you are not yet a member of the Out of School Alliance you can:
- Join today and start enjoying the benefits of membership (such as downloading the GDPR Guide) instantly.
- Purchase our GDPR for OSCs pack, which contains the GDPR Guide plus a number of useful templates, including a Privacy Notice, Data Protection Policy and Personal Data Audit Matrix.
For an introduction to the GDPR and how it will affect out of school clubs, see GDPR: Overview.
