The coronavirus / Covid-19 pandemic has brought many challenges to providers of out of school care. To make things a little easier for you, we have created templates for a comprehensive Covid-19 risk assessment, a parent agreement, and a standard Covid-19 policy. As with all of our templates, you will need to customise each of these documents so that it reflects the particular circumstances of your own setting.
Members of the Out of School Alliance can download the Covid-19 template pack for free.
When you buy the Covid-19 Pack you will be able to download the templates and start editing them straightaway. The template documents are supplied in Microsoft Word format so that you can easily modify them as needed for your own childcare setting. If you are unsure whether the applications on your computer can open Word documents, find out more about software compatibility.
Contents of the pack
