Due to organic growth and new enterprises Harlequin is looking for enthusiastic pre-school and playwork team members at all levels.

Harlequin presently provide pre-school, forest pre-school, breakfast, after school, forest school and holiday clubs for children aged 2-11 at five locations in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.

Through our fantasic staff we are able to offer outstanding childcare.  

All successful candidates must be committed to providing high quality childcare. Relevant training and initial DBS is paid for by employer. CPD is encouraged and paid for.

Forest School Leader

To be successful:

You will have Level 3 Forest School qualification (or working towards it) and have experience working with 2 to 11 year old children.

Tasks can include:

  • Adherence to the full Forest School ethos for our Forest Preschool.
  • Running forest sessions for primary aged children
  • Preparation of activities and observations for the children
  • Ensuring the woodland environment is safe and sustained
  • Delivery of outstanding EYFS practice in an exclusively woodland setting

Our Forest School staff may also be required to work in our setting-based breakfast, after school and holiday clubs.
