We are a well-established and popular after school club and holiday play scheme based in three schools within Northamptonshire.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, team player, someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and sees play work as more than just a job.

We will train you if you can demonstrate the right qualities for this role, if you love working with children and are eager to learn you can become part of the Happy Hols team, a leading provider of out of school club care within Northamptonshire.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing & deliver quality play activities for the children.
  • Organize play areas, materials and equipment for the planned activities
  • Give children the freedom to spend their leisure time in their own way
  • Encourage fair and caring behaviour among the children
  • Encourage independence and self - esteem
  • Preparation of Breakfast and Snacks
  • Supervision of children and interaction with children
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to.
  • Communication with Parents on arrival and departure of the children.

All employees must undertake a DBS check and have a valid UK driver's licence. The successful candidate must be able to drive to all three of our school site locations.
