To purchase the information pack online you will need a debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please print out and complete the order form, and post it to us with your payment. Your information pack will be emailed to you when we receive your payment. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly.

When you purchase the Best Value Pack we will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified in the purchase process. The email will contain a link to a .zip file which contains all the templates in Word format. Click on the link to download the .zip file. Most computer systems will automatically open the .zip file for you so that you can access the Word files.
If the .zip file does not open automatically you will need to use a standard decompression utility (such as WinZip, Stuffit or PKZip) to extract the Word files.
