To run your out of school club successfully, you need to not only recruit good quality staff, but then manage them effectively.

We have put together a selection of sample documents so that you can quickly start recruiting for the staff that you need, including templates for adverts, job descriptions and application forms. The pack also contains template paperwork for managing your staff, such as time sheets and appraisal forms.

When you buy the Employment and Management Pack you will be able to download the templates and start editing them straightaway. The template documents are supplied in Word and Excel format so that you can easily modify them as needed for your own childcare setting. For completeness we also include (at no charge) the standard injury form from the Health and Safety Executive which is in PDF format.

To purchase the information pack online you will need a debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please print out and complete the order form, and post it to us with your payment. When you purchase the Employment Pack we will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified in the purchase process. The email will contain a link to a .zip file which contains all the templates in Word or Excel format. Click on the link to download the .zip file. Most computer systems will automatically open the .zip file for you so that you can access the document files.
If the .zip file does not open automatically you will need to use a standard decompression utility (such as WinZip, Stuffit or PKZip) to extract the document files.
