EYFS for OSCs Pack
Any Ofsted-registered out of school club that takes even one reception-aged child must be registered as an Early Years setting, and has to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Although there is plenty of literature and training around covering the delivery of EYFS, this tends to focus on the traditional EYFS settings of nurseries, pre-schools, reception classes, childminders etc. However out of school clubs are different: they are secondary rather than primary providers, they typically only care for children at the very top end of the EYFS age range, and they are play settings rather than educational settings.To address this difference, and to try to reduce some of the anxiety around the delivery of EYFS in out of school settings, we have put together our EYFS for OSCs (Out of School Clubs) Pack. Designed to complement rather than replace standard EYFS training, it explains what steps you need to take in order to deliver EYFS in the context of an out of school club, and provides templates of the documentation that you will need.

When you purchase the the EYFS for OSCs Pack we will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified in the purchase process. The email will contain a link to a .zip file which contains all the templates in Word format. Click on the link to download the .zip file. Most computer systems will automatically open the .zip file for you so that you can access the Word files.
If the .zip file does not open automatically you will need to use a standard decompression utility (such as WinZip, Stuffit or PKZip) to extract the Word files.
