Parent Communication Pack

All out of school clubs need to provide parents with a summary of rules, procedures, times, prices etc. The simplest approach is to gather these items together as a basic handbook. We provide a template for a straightforward parent handbook for you to edit and modify as appropriate. The template handbook consists of 10 pages, but you can add or remove sections as appropriate for your own setting, so the final length will vary.

Out of school clubs need to regularly survey their 'customers'—children and their parents/carers—to assess how the the club is peforming and what areas could be improved. The Parent Communication Pack includes short surveys for both audiences.

When you buy the Parent Communication Pack you will be able to download the templates and start editing them straightaway. The template handbook and surveys are supplied in Word format so that you can easily modify them as needed for your own childcare setting.

To purchase the information pack online you will need a debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please print out and complete the order form, and post it to us with your payment. Your information pack will be emailed to you when we receive your payment. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly.

When you purchase the Communication Pack we will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified in the purchase process. The email will contain a link to a .zip file which contains all the templates in Word format. Click on the link to download the .zip file. Most computer systems will automatically open the .zip file for you so that you can access the Word files.
If the .zip file does not open automatically you will need to use a standard decompression utility (such as WinZip, Stuffit or PKZip) to extract the Word files.
