SMART Inclusive Group provide play schemes in both Melton Mowbray & Loughborough, Leicestershire during school holidays to both neuro typical and nero diverse young people aged between 5 & 18 years old. We provide a range of fun activities both inside and outside including creativity whilst learning social and emotional skills whilst having fun!
We are seeking staff to help during summer and other school holidays, ones that are able to be proactive and get stuck in with the young people regardless of the activity. Someone outgoing and fun, able to juggle a few things at the same time! No two days are the same but it is fast paced so you will need to have a good level of fitness.
Patience and a love of seeing young people a must, able to “look outside of the box & quick thinking is a must!”
Hours are flexible, and someone who has experience with SEN is preferred however we are accepting all applications & roles.
Own transport & Immediate start, pay is dependant on experience and willingness to give everything into welcoming children into SMART. All candidates are subject to references and DBS checked as part of the recruitment process. Candidates that are parents, may be able to bring their own children into the club under a seperate agreement.
