Reporting Injuries and Accidents to Ofsted
Ofsted issued new guidance on 18 February 2011 for registered childcare providers on the reporting of accidents and injuries. The document Serious accidents, injuries and deaths that registered providers must notify to Ofsted and local child protection agencies aims to provide childcare settings with clarity on what kinds of incidents need to be reported and to whom.
